Seriously considering this pic for our Christmas card

There are times I’d like to throw hubby out with the trash;-)

Jar Jar in the house! Let’s get this party started:-) I don’t care what people say–I like him!

Emperor Palpatine–No! No! Noooo! Wait, how’d that get on my Blu-ray?

Hmmm, Birthday Party Games idea?

A.K.A. Luke, and look at those light sabers! There’s a scene in my book like this at their h.s. graduation. Oh wait, I don’t want to give away too much . . .

R2 Iron Man . . . making her own R2 will be my 12-yr-old daughter’s next science project. Please buy my book b/c it costs around $3,000, hahaha

Found out a little late she’s not appropriate for kids, oops!

Thank God she hasn’t asked for a metal bikini yet!

Steampunk love!
So that’s some highlights of Star Wars Celebration VI. We were lucky enough to only live three hours from Orlando to make the drive up. I’ll share some insights about it next Wednesday as part of Master Ninja Alex Cavanaugh’s IWSG. What about you? Did you do anything COOL this past weekend? Please share! And if you’re a Star Wars fan, you must check out this trailer for Seth Green’s new show, Star Wars Detours
That looks like a lot of fun! So was the Date with a Princess raunchy or something? Definitely make that your Christmas card – people will remember it!
Thanks for mentioning the IWSG!
This is my favorite blog that you have written. Im already packing for next years Celebration in Germany.
Man, that looks AWESOME!!!! Thanks for sharing the pics.
May the force be with you, Jamie. Drove my kids nuts watching the first three in the series at least four times a year. Loved to recite the opening … A long time ago, in a galazy, far, far away … I’d shout … they’s hide under beds. Think about it … “a long time ago?”
Not that I want to complain, but comments were bouncing and jumping … so to finish … Thanks for the memories, Jamie. The hero was not Luke or even Yoda … the true hero was the pot belly robot … R2D2!!
You’re right! My daughter got a T-shirt with R2D2’s picture on it and underneath it says, “My Hero” 🙂
Hmm, what I’d do this past weekend?? Live vicariously through you, of course! That looked like so much fun. The pics look great. LOVE the idea of passing the joy of Star Wars onto the next generation. Seriously, thanks so much for sharing. I look forward to more on your next post 🙂
Great pics! I love it that your daughter will be making an R2D2 robot! And the Star Wars Detour trailer was hilarious…
Last weekend? I wrote and revised my book, of course. Just call me Ms. No Social LIfe. 😉
It looks like you guys were having way too much fun! Thanks for sharing the pics.
That is SO fun! Thanks for sharing.
Last weekend… I did what I do every weekend. Edited. 🙂 (How cool is that?!!!!)
You know how to have fun. Great pictures!
We try! P.S. I tried to leave a comment on your latest post and couldn’t . . . could only like it.
That’s odd. Not sure why my blog is acting up.
That looks like it was big fun!
What awesome photos… looks like so much fun.
Very cool! I love Star Wars. I have friend who’s pretty hardcore about Star Wars and now has a paid blogging job so he covered the festival. I’m glad they made it fun for kids too.
That’s so cool . . being paid to blog! Fun for the whole family for sure:-)
